I took leave from work on May7th till June 8th from my doctor for stress. Can my duty use all my Paid Time Off even if I am out on a Dr. lay down?Do I hold to use my salaried time stale if Im on disappear next to a Dr. command?
Depending on your work policy you may be able to run time off minus pay. If you want to win paid w/out using PTO you may know how to place a claim through Short Term Disability Insurance( if you have it. ) Not truism it would be approved but it's another option. I would perversely ask someone in your HR department or your supervisor to bring clarification- since work policy regarding this thing varies.
