No. How can an accurate diagnosis possibly be made by not even examining a person? A doctor could surmise but I would sound out the validity of an online consutation.

what i do think is that more pharmacists and nurses could do next to basic GP training to aid minor problems such as adjectives colds, things like that.

To net accurate diagnoses, a doctor should really see the patient, so what you're suggesting would not really work unless webcams be used. Then you're opening the internet up to even more paedophiles and perverts. How would you know you be communicating with a proper doctor? There are some things that hold to be dealt next to the old fashioned style, and seeing doctors face to frontage in the definite world is one of them.
it is extremely difficult to diagnose and treat/advise appropriatley with out beinh fae to obverse and seeing the patient. appearence tell us alot
