Does a curvy character enjoy more pores and down surrounded by their body? what happen to them when they loose substance?

i just figure since theyre bodies are way bigger doesnt that show they have more pores thus more body hair? what come to pass do all those pores and hair once they loose weight? do they drop out? or the pores just dissapear?how?Does a curvy character enjoy more pores and down surrounded by their body? what happen to them when they loose substance?
they own the same amount of skin as a smaller entity but it is just stretched out.

excess skin hangs. Ur body sheds some, but vastly slowly. that's why sometimes when u see those ppl on tv that lose tremendous amounts of weight they habitually must have excess skin (along next to the pores and hairs on it) surgically removed.
Wouldn't the skin in recent times stretch out keeping the same number of pores and hair...? I don't know... =S
the fact that they are round also means that they own a greater skin surface and as a result on that skin they have hair and pores like a regular person, not surrounded by greater amount. When they lose weight its typical that they have problems coz the skin is not so supple to change shape and thus to become less
