Doctors document?

i went into hospial 2 weeks ago (wisdom teeth extraction) and needed the integral week off uni, the female in the bureau said i probably wouldn't need a doctors details but now my clinical university lecturer said i do need one. how should i dance about this? ring my dentist or the hospital? will i be charged for one?Doctors document?
You shouldn't be charged but they might attain a bit funny about giving you one, especially as if you be at work you would self certify for the first 7 days anyway.
Why not see what the hospital says over the phone and if they're not devoted to issue maybe you can clutch in the notification that confirmed your hospital appointment for the operation so that your lecturer know that you're not just pulling a hastily one?
Call you dentist first, they should be able to present you one. It shouldn't cost anything.
just be in motion back and explain, you dont stipulation to pay dont verbs
Go back to hospital they should grant you one.
Ask your receptionists at your docs, she will get dr to sign one
but they enjoy a fee,ask how much.
if you live contained by the UK then you dont hold to pay only just phone up and explain they will either bequeath the sick note or you can stir to your GP take a hospital discharge summary beside you or something in writing to prove you have treatment
ask doc should be free
