does anyone know when you break a bone and you have to hold pins put in do they stay surrounded by for ever or does the doc take them out?Does anybody know going on for...?
It does depend upon the break & your bone concentration. I've had one pin removed from my ankle after approx. 4 months of therapeutic & the other one is still in in attendance after 10 years.

It adjectives depends on your age the kind of brack and if in that is any other things. Some do get them out but 90% of them are near from now on. Your Dr. can detail you more.
They come out. Unless the bone is shattered and they're using a plate but you'd never see it. The pins are only here to hold the bone together until it heals up
