My allergies are killing me. My organizer hurts, I can't breathe because my nose is adjectives stuffy. I'm miserable. Do you have any suggestions?

Do what I always do to treat allergies drink pure squeezed lemon liquid with honey it should be capable of knock your stuffy nose support to its senses. It also cures coughs*

i have hear that yogurt works for some reason, not sure why. i own also heard that the bee pollen pills you can bring at nutrition stores is supposed to help, logically it could just be placebo effect i'm not sure.
sounds approaching mold spores and that is difficult to contract with i have to have injections for roughly speaking 18 months. i dont know if it would help at adjectives but try local honey. that helps sometimes
Yes.. i quality your pain... the steam from the shower works apt.. also if you can purchase a air purifier those are the best.. I bought one 2wks ago and enjoy been free from adjectives that stuff.. My doc also stated drink warm tea.. that will also sustain to clear your nose .. Hope this help
