Do you own to cough after/while crying?

I have to draw from the phlegm out of my throat.Do you own to cough after/while crying?
When you cry, your tears go contained by to the "tear ducts" surrounded by your eyes and run in to your sinus ( that's why you sniffle when you cry) and consequently the moistened sinus mucus gets too much it runs down within to your throat. Everyone's different.. Try blowing your nose more if you cry. Maybe it won't jump down your throat

Yes , i a moment ago got over pneumonia , And yes I have to cough in instruct to bring any phlegm up ., It is discouraging
