Are you naked, surrounded by your underwear, or wearing a gown?Does a dermatologist check everywhere on your body?
I guess that would determine where you be having the problem.
i would assume in a gown, and he/she wouldn't check anything covered by your underwear, unless you hold a concern. what are you going for?
You wear a gown and they uncover and cover respectively area as they examine, you are never totally in the nude. They will look between you toes on your genitals-- everywhere, I would not think you could get hold of skin cancer on your genitals especially if you don't go skinny dipping but it does come to pass. I think this is if you step for a full body scan not just a regular screening.
