Yeap..Mostly old society or the ones who have heart problems..Of course it depends on the nature of shock..
yes...if they are choking they should cough to clear their airway...if they cannot cough no air is getting contained by or out and the person will die...
If the heavens supply is cut off long satisfactory YES. There is also the the chance that you could finishing up a "vegetable" for the rest of your life. I would not recommend playing the choking "game".
