Do internal organs increase within size as a character become obese?
No it just make your organs work overtime trying to process food, breathe, do anything physical.
No, only the like of the heart through illness,and equal with other organs
I would expect the stomach. But I would deduce that the only mass you gain or lose is fat/muscle. Alcohol swells the liver.
Because of artherosclerosis the Heart could became bigger (it requests to pump harder in proclaim to move de blood around the body)...but been obese do not product the organs bigger --just the fatty tissue.
