I can't really answer that ask with a yes or no. The fart smell is a biddable indicator if your gastrointestinal tract is in perfect shape or not. Foul-smelling (sulfur) fart means you're body can not metabolize closely of what food you just ate (cheese, etc,) and sweet-smelling fart funds your GI tract is in worthy condition. Otherwise, you may have colon cancer! Fun stuff, huh?
