sometimes when I'm really fed up next to this life.close to having problems surrounded by my studies or having problems within my family.

Not any more, but did when I was younger - at hand was too much stress from inherited and I didn't know how to relax.
Now I'm older I recognise my mental state and do something not to let myself switch past its sell-by date, like run for a walk, playing beside the dog, pottering around in the garden, meditate, hold a massage. Zombie's are surrounded by protection mode from something.
